Registration

For Authors and Presenters

Once you receive the acceptance letter, the registration files should be sent by email. The below mentioned files should be prepared and sent back to icict.conf@gmail.com before the due.

Files Required to Confirm Registration:

(1) The final version of the paper (both MS word file and PDF)

(2) IEEE Copyright Form

(3) Scanned payment proof (.jpg etc.)


Conference Registration Policies:

  1. Each accepted work must include at least one author registration; otherwise, the article will be removed from the Conference Proceedings.
  2. Each paid registration covers only one paper; a paper should only have a maximum of 6 authors. However, the multiple submissions with same set of authors will not be encouraged.
  3. Each normal registration includes one paper publication in proceedings, a bag, proceedings, program schedule, conference payment receipt, individual certificates to all the authors and attending all technical sessions.
  4. Payment should be made through the below mentioned payment gateways. For bank transfer, please contact the conference email. Payment of fees must accompany all registration files and it must be submitted to conference email. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
  5. In order to initiate a refund, Please refer the CANCELLATION & REFUND of Registration Fee
  6. Travel grant will be afforded to the selected best (IEEE student members) research works.

 

Plagiarism Policy

Your paper will be removed from the proceedings at any stage of quality control performed by publication authority. The conference organizers are not liable if IEEE reports plagiarism or a lack of quality in your paper after you have submitted final proceedings (camera ready copies). The TPC of ICICT 2022 takes very much care while evaluating the technical content of the paper before the acceptance. It is the full responsibility of the author/s if their work is found to be plagiarized in Camera Ready Paper submitted by the authors, even if it is detected at a later level of quality control. In any case, no registration money will be reimbursed if your work is rejected by IEEE for plagiarism issues. 

Travel Grant

Travel grant will be afforded to the selected best (IEEE student members) research works.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Withdrawal requests must include consent notes from all authors listed in the article at the time of submission.
  • All cancellation requests must be made via Email [icict.conf@gmail.com]
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received 60 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • No refunds will be granted if the paper is found be plagiarized at any stage of publication.

Important Note- For IEEE conference, the copyright to the article belongs to IEEE. Authors need to get permission to upload the paper in the approved preprint websites. Post-conference plagiarism and preprint publication issues are solely the responsibility of the authors.

 

Any cancellation request received fewer than 25 days prior to a scheduled event due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the Conference Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate action to the Conference Chair.

 

Note: In all the aforementioned cases, no telephonic communications will be considered.
