Online Presentation Guidelines

We are delighted to welcome you to the 7th International Conference on Inventive Computation Technologies (ICICT 2024), organized by Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
7th ICICT 2024 will be conducted as a virtual conference, bringing together researchers, scholars, and professionals from around the world to share their innovative ideas and advancements in computation technologies. The 7th ICICT 2024 provides various virtual networking opportunities to engage with fellow participants, speakers, and sponsors through virtual networking sessions.
Below mentioned is a comprehensive guide for presenters to ensure a smooth and successful online presentation.
Technical Requirements:
  • Ensure a stable internet connection.
  • Use a modern browser for the best compatibility (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
  • Have a functional webcam and microphone.
Presentation Format:
  • Prepare a clear and concise presentation. Each presenter is allotted a specific time; adhere to the time limit to allow for Q&A, refer the conference presentation schedule posted in the conference homepage.
  • Use slides sparingly; focus on key points.
  • Share relevant visuals to enhance understanding.
Virtual Platform:
  • The 7th ICICT 2024 will be conducted using [Zoom / Google Meet]. Familiarize yourself with the platform before the event.
  • Carefully check the pre-conference Email notifications sent from conference Email ID icict.conf@gmail.com (Online meeting links will be sent).
Dress Code and Environment:
  • Dress professionally as you would for an in-person conference.
  • Choose a quiet, well-lit space for your presentation.
Interaction and Q&A:
  • Engage with the audience during the presentation.
  • Questions will be addressed during a dedicated Q&A session. Be prepared to respond to queries from session chairs and attendees as well
Time Management:
  • Adhere strictly to the allocated presentation time (Reference conference website homepage for presentation schedule).
  • Rehearse your presentation to ensure a smooth flow within the allotted time.
Connectivity Backup:
  • Have a backup internet connection available in case of technical issues.
  • Keep contact details of technical support readily available.
Presentation Upload:
  • Submit your presentation materials in advance to the conference Email, adhering to the specified format (PPT).
  • Verify that all media files and hyperlinks work seamlessly.
Code of Conduct:
  • Respectful and professional behavior is expected during the virtual event.
Feedback and Evaluation:
  • Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on the presentations.
  • Evaluate other presentations constructively.
